Unrewarded: It is easy to understand why so many people go unrewarded in life. They rarely seem to understand the correlation between solving problems and rewards. Most people stop progressing upwardly the moment their present environment is no longer pleasing to them. Your value is linked to your willingness to solve problems for others-in life, at your job, for your spouse, etc. Until you begin to passionately solve problems, you can only live hoping good fortune comes your way. What problems can you solve for those who are further up the ladder of life than you are? What can you do to make their life better? The application of these answers brings you ever increasing value. Once you find out what others need, becoming the solution is the best and easiest thing you can do. If you want to experience greater rewards, simply start solving greater problems. For example: the lawyer and the garbage man may work the same amount of hours, but they get paid different wages. A lawyer makes $300.00 per hour while the garbage man makes only $15.00 an hour.
